All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through this website are final and non-returnable. Due to the specialized and commercial nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect ordering, unused products, or changes in project scope.

Please review all product specifications, quantities, and compatibility carefully prior to placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photographs and shipping documentation to evaluate the claim. Approved claims will be handled at our discretion through repair, replacement, or shipment of missing components. Refunds are not issued.

Limited 1-Year Product Warranty

Certain products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.

If a product is determined to be eligible for warranty coverage:

  • We will repair or replace the defective product or component, at our option.

  • Labor, removal, reinstallation, and field service costs are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Warranty replacements do not extend or restart the original warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper installation, misuse, or abuse

  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties

  • Damage caused by jobsite conditions, acts of nature, or improper maintenance

Products used outside their intended application are not eligible for warranty coverage.

No Refunds for Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are fulfilled through repair or replacement only. Refunds, credits, or returns are not provided for warranty-related issues.
